How To Stay Off The “Black List”
We respect your time. We will always be where we say we will be, and when we say we will be there. When you make your appointment, your coach will be at the gym specifically for you. If you will not be able to make your appointment please give us 24hrs notice so we can reschedule.
If you make an appointment with us to start your 30d trial and you are a ‘no-show’, then you will never again be elligble for any trial or free offer from us ever again. We absolutely have a “blacklist” tag in our database that we can easily add to your profile, so no matter who is taking the call or the email we will know that we won’t do business with you. We have invested (continue to invest) far too much money and time into selecting exactly the right coaches to add to our team, and then in making our coaches the best in the area to allow anyone to waste their valuable time.
Additionally, please be on time. Your coach almost certainly has one or more appointment immediately after yours, so if you are more than 15min late we’ve instructed our coaches to not do the assesment as it would be unfair to the clients afterwards who will show up on time.
If you don’t want to show up on time, or respect our time, that is fine; however we reserve the right to refuse service to (or “blacklist”) anyone. Life is far too short to work with people who can’t respect your time. No amount of money is worth a headache.
