I’m a moderately active 30 something woman, who wanted to reshape, tone and tighten. After just 5 weeks I am taking my clothes to the tailor to have them taken-in a LOT. Just a few weeks ago, I was mad at myself for letting yet another year go by without doing something to change my body. I was running 10k’s and half marathons, but I had a little extra weight and fat that seemed to be immune to running. Josef and his program are amazing.
