Eating right and working out should be at the top because without your health you have nothing else – you need your health to make money, to be a friend, and for pretty much everything else in your life.

    Remember, if you create a priority, then you must also create a posteriority. You’re putting the demands of your life on line – first things first. Something can only be in the front of the line because something else is at the end of the line.

  3. Understand why health is important. It’s all worth it. You just have to convince yourself that it really is something that will shower you with a confetti of benefits. How?

    Visit hospitals, look back at friends and acquaintances who contracted illnesses, check the health section of the daily paper to get a glimpse of some diseases. You’ll probably be overwhelmed by the great remorse of these people. They will all have the same remark, “If only I had taken care of my health…”

    Once you understand the importance of committing to a healthier lifestyle, it will easily follow that you make time for it. You’ll realize that Georgetown workouts are pretty much possible after all… because it’s important.
