The Elvis Muscle Shake

While Elvis didn’t know much about being lean, he did know a thing or two about what tastes good, even if it does sound odd. We’ve modified one of his favorite flavor combinations – peanut butter and banana – into a great tasting, high-protein, and moderate calorie shake.

Ingredients

1 frozen banana 100 kcal
2 tbsp natural peanut butter (I like chunky) 200 kcal
2 scoops chocolate protein powder 220 kcal
2 tbsp fat-free cottage cheese (makes it creamy, does not taste like cottage cheese!) 25 kcal
1/2-1 cup ice
8oz. water
