| 1/3 cup plain, cooked chicken breast | 77 kcal |
| 1/2 cup reduced fat cheese | 160 kcal |
| Salsa | 25 kcal |
| cooking spray (3 sec) | 30 kcal |
Instructions
- Heat skillet with cooking pray
- Place cheese and chicken between the tortillas, and cook until brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
- Eat with salsa, and a side of raw veggies like peppers, cucumbers, celery or carrots.
