Q: Can pancakes be healthy and actually help you lose fat and gain muscle, AND still taste good?
A: Yes, if you follow the recipe. Otherwise they’ll probably just contribute to type II diabetes, poor energy levels, cravings, heart disease and extra body-fat.

| 1⁄2 tsp cinnamon | |
| 1 tbs Splenda | |
| 1 cup blueberries | 82 |
