We are looking for someone to start out as a part-time fitness coach, lead our group metabolic classes, and who is interested in turning this into a full time position with benefits.

We are looking for someone who:
- Has an awesome personality: energetic, enthusiastic, caring and motivating
- Who is great with other people – who likes being around others, who others like being around and who is great at motivating others
- Is passionate about fitness and about learning (if you think you know it all, this is not you)
- Is very punctual – we’re only looking for people who arrive early
- Is very professional – clean, well groomed, good language
- Is very reliable – if you’re always on vacation, get sick a lot, or generally have a lot of excuses about why you can’t keep you commitments, then do not get in touch
- Can follow directions – we are only looking for people to implement our program, not someone interested in reinventing the wheel (We are hiring because there is far more demand for our services/system than we can provide, not because people want random workouts by someone they’ve never heard of)
- Who brings their best EVERY day – if you can’t put aside whatever is going on in your life and show up with positive energy to give to our members, then don’t bother
- Who likes to work – like all things worth having in life, a great career is something you need to WORK at
- Disciplined – the minimum educational requirements in our company are 24books in the field per year, 40 staff trainings per year, and 3 seminars in the field per year (these are the minimums)
- Fun – part of our environmental policy is that we don’t allow employees to contribute to deforestation by keeping sticks up their butt
Who should NOT apply?
- Lazy people: the fitness industry is a service business; we serve people most often before and after normal business hours. If you are undisciplined, can’t wake up early and be at the gym by 5:45am for your 6:00am shift, and can’t put in 30hrs on the schedule below, then you can’t cut it in this biz, look somewhere else
- People who live for the weekend: if you look at work as something you do to pay for your time off, please don’t get in touch… we’re in the life changing business and people like you can’t help. (McDonald’s would be a better fit for you.)
- A-holes: this is a people business, if your people skills suck, look somewhere else (you could probably clean toilets though)

M-Th 6-11am
M-Th 4:00-9:30pm
Fri 6:00am-5:00pm
Saturdays 8:00am-2:00pm

What Happens Next?
After applying and being accepted by sending in a resume, you will be invited to do a 6 week internship at our facility. This is 20 hours a week minimum and is not paid. During this time you will learn the ropes of TBYW Fitness, become a part of our culture and find out if this is the place for you long term.
We will teach you everything. Once we feel you are ready you will take your first appointment for a Rapid Results Fitness Body Blueprint. These will be on your hourly training shift rate. As you fill your schedule with members (who we will put in front of you) you will be paid a client rate for each hour you are training a member.
You will only need to be at the gym when you are training members. If you do a great job & follow our systems this is how your schedule will grow. The next step is to maintain 32-40 client hours a week and become a full time employee on salary with benefits. We only promote from within the company.
